Every piece of stained glass tells a story. Here are the stories that StoryPane Studio has helped to tell for its clients.

After losing her father 25 years ago, the client began to notice dragonflies during life’s most meaningful moments. This vibrant, whimsical piece reminds her that he is still with her. The wings, when lit from behind, seem to lift and set the dragonflies free.

The client’s daughter attended LMU (Loyola Marymount University) and gifted this piece of art as a graduation present to commemorate her achievements and to remind her that she will always carry the pride of an LMU Lion.

The client is a diehard Chicago Cubs fan and proud lifelong Chicagoan who wanted to commemorate the 2016 World Series win and her beloved City of Chicago which is represented by three of her favorite Chicago landmark buildings.

Inspired by childhood memories sailing Georgian Bay with her father on their family sailboat “The Ruddy Duck”, this minimalist design captures the quiet joy of time spent on the water with her Dad.

The client grew up in Neenah, Wisconsin as an avid Green Bay Packers fan, as was her Dad before her. After her Dad’s passing, she gifted this piece of art to herself to remind herself of the happy times spent with her Dad sharing their love of the Packers.


This was a gift for an elderly couple’s 65th wedding anniversary. The 27 pieces of glass surrounding the “65” represent their family of 27 kids, grandkids, great grandkids and granddogs and reminds them of a life well lived and full of love.”


The client is an avid Chicago Bulls fan and while only experiencing the 1990’s Bulls dynasty as a young boy, this stained glass artwork reminds him of time spent with his Dad watching and cheering on their favorite team.


Though her career took her far from Chicago, this client still celebrates every Cubs win with a stained glass “Fly The W” — a playful nod to her grandma, who “required” her to be a Cubs fan.


The clients’ son was drafted into the NFL by the Kansas City Chiefs where he played for 5 years and won 3 Super Bowls. Every player and coach received a ring, but only this young man received this one of kind work of art to commemorate his career with the Chiefs.


The client is a dual citizen of Canada and the United States. This abstract piece overlays the flags of both countries to remind her of, and to represent both countries that she loves.


The client, a rampant fan of the Chicago Bears and Mission style glass could not decide between the two Bear’s logos so we overlaid the two logos and surrounded them in a mission style glass pattern. When lit from behind the eyes seem to watch from the shadows full of light, spirit, and history.


This piece is a gift from me to my employer FH Paschen (a construction company) and its CEO upon my retirement to thank him and the organization for all that they have done for my family and me over many years.

This was a holiday gift to a Phillie Phanatic overlaying a Phillies Logo over the Liberty Bell over a baseball diamond. Even after a disapointing ending to the 2025 season, his love for the Phillies never wavered.

This piece was commissioned by a client who gifted it to her parents to celebrate their 60th anniversary. Her parents are avid bird watchers and love the ruby throated hummingbird. The red throated bird is male and the white throat, female. The three pink flowers represent the couple’s three daughters, and the heart… is hopefully self-explanatory :)

This was a gift to the family of young boy being baptized into the Catholic faith and held deep religious symbolism to the family, acknowledging their faith in the Holy Trinity and includes a shroud representing purity, innocence and hope for a new life.


The clients’ son enlisted in the Marines at the age of 17. The Marine emblem includes four parts representing the Marines’ readiness to serve anywhere in the world and the Eagle, at the top of the emblem, represents the United States. The Latin phrase ‘Semper Fidelis’ means ‘Always Faithful’.


This was a gift for siblings who lost their Dad too soon. The setting sun, heart, and mountain scene represent the sunset of a life, love, and a family vacation spot that reminds them of their Dad, all placed in a window through which they can look, remember, and dream.


This was a gift to “Becca” from her parents commemorating the crowning achievement of her academic career, earning her Doctorate and becoming a PhD.

This piece was commissioned by a client to commemorate “Wheels” 30th birthday. Wheels and she grew up together with Wheels having been adopted when the client was just three years old.

This Star of David was gifted to the Clients parents in celebration of Hanukkah, the festival of lights, and as a reminder of the importance of their Jewish faith in their daily lives.
